On the morning of August 18, 2020, The Investor Quoc Loc Phat held the topping out ceremony of The Galleria Residence – phase 1 of The Metropole Thu Thiem Urban Area project, has completed the structure work 1.5 months ahead of schedule.
The project is the most luxurious and high-end complex of Apartment – Office – Hotel and commercial center, located in the center of District 2 and along the Saigon River, promising to bring comfortable and convenience lives to residents.
The project is invested by Quoc Loc Phat Joint Stock Company, developed by Son Kim Land – one of the leading prestigious development groups, the construction contractor is Coteccons. CORE is pleased to be the Construction Supervision Consultant for this project.
