 ♣ Chinh Phan | Australian. Deputy General Director, founder of CORE. 39 years of professional experience in civil structural engineering and foundation design; construction and project management. Received Master Degree in Structural Engineering in Australia, and involved in various building construction projects in Australia and Vietnam. Especially, held senior management positions in Engineering Departments of Vietnamese Government and prestigious international consulting and construction companies such as Transfield Construction, Permasteelisa, Meinhardt, Aurecon, Cofico. |
