On December 06th 2017, Core together with the Client Pham Ngan Nhi and the contractor Dinco organized the ground-breaking ceremony of substructure, superstructure, and finishing construction package for Liberty Central Da Nang Beach Hotel right at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap str. and Loseby str, opposite to Pham Van Dong beach and Bien Dong park.

Liberty Central Da Nang Beach Hotel consists of 3 basements, 23 storeys with 193 keys at 4-star standard, GFA 16,991 m2 and is expected to open in 2019.
