On May 19th 2017, Core together with the Client PHAM NGAN NHI Co., Ltd., Hotel Operator ODYSSEA and contractors organized the ground-breaking ceremony of Liberty Central Da Nang Beach Hotel right at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap str. and Loseby str, opposite to Pham Van Dong beach and Bien Dong park.

Liberty Central Da Nang Beach Hotel consists of 3 basements, 23 storeys with 193 keys at 4-star standard, GFA 16,516 m2 and is expected to open in 2019. Core is honored to provide Project Management, Bidding Consultant and Construction Supervision services for this project..
